The Value of Non-Prescription Medicines in a Changing Regulatory Landscape
This conference will explore the future of self-care and non-prescription medicines in Europe, in the context of the ongoing revision of EU pharmaceutical legislation and a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

With new EU proposals under discussion, the conference offers a timely opportunity to examine the regulatory, economic and societal dimensions of switch, share national experiences, and explore how innovation, data and regulatory science are shaping the future of non-prescription medicines in Europe.
Conference venue and hotel room booking
AESGP Switch Day 2026 will be held at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel (Rue du Parnasse 19, 1050 Brussels).
A block booking has been made in the conference hotel. Congress rates are available from 6 to 7 October 2026, subject to availability.
We recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Please note that overall hotel occupancy during the conference period is expected to be high.
Room reservation is not included in the conference registration.

Registration fee
- Conference participant: 500 Euro (excl. VAT*): This fee includes participation at the conference, lunch, and coffee breaks at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel on Wednesday, 7 October 2026.

*AESGP Conferences are subject to the VAT rules of the country where the conference takes place.

- Deadline: To register for the event, please use the form below. For a smooth organisation, participants are encouraged to register by Friday, 25 September 2026.
- Payment: Please make sure to pay the conference fee before the conference day.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received before 25 September 2026 will be refunded less a handling charge of € 50. After that date, the whole fee is withheld.
