In line with the recommendations of the Belgian authorities and measures taken for the containment of the coronavirus outbreak, AESGP has implemented preventive measures to safeguard the health and well-being of its team and members. The AESGP offices have therefore been closed and staff has been asked to work remotely until further notice.
What impact for AESGP’s activities?
The exceptional measures will not hamper activities and business will continue as usual. The AESGP Secretariat will continue to serve you in the best way possible via email, telephone and/or online meeting platform.
What about AESGP committees’ meetings (or other meetings planned)?
Until further notice, team and committees’ meetings will be held remotely via our teleconferencing platform. The AESGP committees’ managers will liaise in due time with committees’ members directly via email with the adapted agenda and login-in details.

How long will these measures last?
These measures will last until 30 April 2020 and will be revised in line with Belgian authorities’ recommendations.
