We regret to announce that the AESGP Board, together with AESGP Italian member, ASSOSALUTE, have taken the decision to cancel the 56th edition of the AESGP Annual Meeting, which was due to take place on 26-28 May 2020 in Milan, Italy.

This was a hard decision to take, but in this extremely challenging time of COVID-19, whose status recently changed from ‘outbreak’ to ‘pandemic’, this is the most sensible decision.

We acknowledge that many of us will be disappointed, since our Annual Meetings are highly anticipated and provide a unique opportunity to  build valuable relationships, extend influence and stay ahead of trends. However, AESGP’s primary concern is the safety of speakers, members, staff and participants, along with all investment that all have made to be present.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this might cause and take this opportunity to thank you for your support.

Should you have booked a hotel room at the Melia Milano Hotel, we kindly recommend you to contact the hotel and cancel your booking with them directly at your earliest convenience. Please note that cancellation is possible WITHOUT COST until 30 days before the event, i.e. 24 April. After this date, a 100% penalty is applied.
